Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination address.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number.

International Shipping: For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information on import regulations and fees.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance, or carrier issues may cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Return & Exchanges​

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

​

Certain products, such as personalized items or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria

Upon approval, we will process your return and issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, please follow the return instructions above and indicate your preference for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo documentation of the damage or defect for our records.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
